All fundraising activities undertaken must align with Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation (Breakthrough) values, and cannot put Breakthrough at risk of disrepute.
All aspects of financial, public liability and public safety are the responsibility of our club and Breakthrough is unable to cover any liability on our behalf.
All fundraising activities must comply with all legislative requirements and all appropriate permits, licenses for fundraising and insurances will be valid at the time of the fundraising activity (refer below).
All financial aspects of the fundraising activity will be managed appropriately, including income and expense record-keeping, management of funds raised and ensuring that all proceeds from fundraising activities are received by Breakthrough.
Breakthrough, its staff and volunteers, cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs as a direct or indirect result of our fundraising activities and I have considered all risks that may be associated with our fundraising activities.
